Asti Moscato
Moscato d'Asti appellation wines are sweet and sparkling wines produced in the Piedmont region of Italy. They are made from the Moscato Bianco grape variety, which produces wines with aromas of peach, flowers and apricot. Moscato d'Asti wines are particularly appreciated for their freshness, acidity and low alcohol content, generally between 5 and 7%. They are made using the ancestral method of bottle fermentation, which gives them their sparkling character.
