Storing the bottles
There's no rush: lying down, away from light and at 12–16 °C, the bottles will wait happily until the right occasion comes along. Each wine's ageing potential is shown on its tasting sheet.

Back from his World Tour , the wine adventurer brought back his little favorites in his luggage! Heading to South Africa with these sunny wines, toasting in Argentina , stopping off in the heart of Chile and then heading straight back to the south of Australia . We're heading back to California with a lovely red wine and then stopping off in Puglia in the south of Italy on the return flight. A taste discovery of red and white wines off the beaten track that may take you away from it all!
