Domaine Thymiopoulos

Apostolos Thymiopoulos , a young and talented winemaker, owns some of the finest vineyards in Naoussa. The Thymiopolos family has been making wine for generations, but the grapes were originally sold to the local cooperative winery. After earning his oenology degree in Athens, Apostolos returned to the estate to change things up a bit. Working with his family, he introduced biodynamic principles to the estate, producing wines that are free from chemical additives and respectful of the terroir.
