Located in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, the Caelum estate is a family property founded in 1990 by Mercedes Díaz . After planting the first vines in 1995, a modern winery was created in 2007 to ensure careful vinification that respects the terroir. Since 2009, Caelum wines have seduced with their authenticity and elegance, with particular attention paid to the expression of the grape variety. The 23-hectare vineyard lies on clay-limestone soils, at an altitude of 1000 meters, benefiting from a semi-arid climate ideal for precision viticulture. The Diaz family cultivates its vines using sustainable agriculture , prioritizing respect for nature and soil balance. Today, Caelum offers a range of Terroir wines to Gran Reserva , including the sparkling Eclat cuvée. Each wine reflects the alliance of tradition, innovation, and family passion.
