Savage Wine

A new star of South African winemaking, Duncan Savage learned his trade at one of the country's leading wineries, Cape Point Vineyards, before launching his own winery in 2011, to which he devotes himself full-time. A connoisseur of the Western Cape vineyards, he has built a very high-quality range by relying on his good taste and his expertise in local terroirs, with a predilection for maritime and high-altitude vineyards. "I make wine because I love it. I don't come from a winemaking family, but I've found what I'm here for!": this is the profession of faith of a genuine enthusiast, with a sharp palate, whose only credo is the freshness of the fruit and respect for origins.
