How to build your box
Colour. "Red" contains only reds. "Mix" offers a mix of colours over the months, depending on the selection.
Contents. One or two bottles per month, it's up to you.

A great wine isn't judged by the first glass.
These wines need time, and not just in the cellar. Many arrive closed, and it takes a decanter, an hour, sometimes a whole evening for them to open up. It's unsettling if you don't know that, and that's why the tasting notes for this range emphasize serving recommendations so much.
The selection follows the same requirement. We look for vintages that will have something to say in ten years as much as tonight: body, freshness, a sustained acidity. A flattering but short-lived wine does not make the cut.

Who is the Grand Cru Box for?
For expert palates, and for those building a wine cellar. This is the boutique's highest range: the vintages are chosen for their complexity and aging potential, not for their easy accessibility.
Are these wines made for aging?
They can be. Each tasting note indicates the aging potential of the vintage and the conditions for exploiting it, which never prevents it from being opened the same evening, provided it is decanted.
What's the difference between this and the Grand Voyageur Box?
The level of the cuvées and their aging potential. The Grand Voyageur introduces you to vineyards; the Grand Cru seeks out aged wines from great terroirs, which are more complex and demanding to serve.
Can we know the fields in advance?
No, the surprise is part of the box. However, each vintage comes with its complete information sheet, and the team is happy to answer specific questions about a shipment already received.
Does the box renew automatically?
No. You pay for the chosen duration, from one to six months, in a single payment when you place your order. At the end of this period, nothing will renew: it's up to you to reorder if you wish.
