Nebbiolo Private Reserve 2019

It is little known that wine is made in Mexico and yet you can find high quality wines there! This is one of the most special wines from this winery. This cuvée is made with Nebbiolo grapes, a grape variety of Italian origin, which are carefully harvested in the first days of October. It is then aged for 14 months in white oak barrels and a further 24 months in bottle , a long maturation which helps to round out the tannins and allow the flavors to slowly develop in the bottle. The wine develops powerful aromas of ripe black fruits , figs and cherries, but also subtle notes of truffle , black tea , smoked tobacco and leather . It's intense, complex, fruity and spicy. A completely surprising wine!
