Let's talk little, let's talk wine

product descriptions logo

This delicate and elegant wine embodies the freshness and lightness typical of Provence rosés. It comes from the Var , in the heart of the Mediterranean region, where the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate provides ideal conditions for growing perfectly adapted grape varieties. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils, which allow good moisture retention while bringing a beautiful minerality to the wine. Flora rosé is made from grape varieties typical of the south of France, mainly Grenache , Cinsault and Syrah , chosen for their ability to express the freshness and purity of the aromas. After an early harvest, the grapes are carefully pressed to limit contact with the skins and thus preserve the lightness and finesse of the pink color. Fermentation, carried out at low temperature, allows all the freshness and liveliness of the fruits to be captured. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats, which guarantees the preservation of freshness and aromatic purity. Upon tasting, this wine reveals delicate aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry, mixed with floral notes , melon and watermelon. On the palate, this rosé stands out for its perfect balance between freshness and roundness, with a beautiful liveliness that gives a sensation of lightness and fluidity. This wine, faithful to its terroir and its region, is a true tribute to the Mediterranean art of living.

The little history of the country

Provence

product descriptions logo

France, home of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne, is undoubtedly the most important wine producing country in the world. For centuries, it produced wine in greater quantities than any other country. Wine is ingrained in French culture at almost every level of society; it is the drink of the elite and the common people, and a key symbol of Roman Catholicism, the majority religion in France. The diversity of French wines is due, in large part, to the country's wide variety of climates.
