Dry Red N°3 2019

Located in the Yarra Valley, northeast of Melbourne in the state of Victoria, Yarra Yering is among the pioneers of this cool-climate Australian wine region. The vines are planted on well-drained slopes with soils primarily composed of gravelly clay and silty sand, which promote a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes.
