Carte sur Table operation

We are delighted to introduce the 2025 “Carte sur Table” operation, an unmissable event for lovers of great Bordeaux wines. This 13th edition promises an exceptional tasting experience, offering the chance to enjoy prestigious crus at attractive prices in a selection of restaurants across France.

A bold initiative to make great crus accessible

The “Carte sur Table” operation, orchestrated by the négociant house Duclot, returns from 15 March to 15 April 2025. Its innovative concept lets epicureans savour exceptional wines at wine-shop prices, served directly at the tables of carefully selected restaurants. This bold approach aims to make Bordeaux winemaking excellence accessible at a time when wine consumption is facing major challenges.

Luc Lemieux, director of Duclot-La Vinicole, proudly points out: “Our sharp and varied selection is what has made this operation famous.” To make the initiative possible, everyone involved makes an effort, from the wine estates to the restaurateurs, by way of Duclot. This synergy makes it possible to offer legendary wines at unbeatable prices, in vintages that are ready to be enjoyed.

Oenological treasures within reach of your glass

Among the 14 wines on offer, we have picked out a few gems not to be missed. Blanc de Tronquoy 2020, a model of success in dry Bordeaux white wine, is listed at 60 euros, an unbeatable price for its quality. For red wine lovers, Château Cantenac-Brown 2010, a flagship of the Margaux appellation, promises an intense sensory experience for 95 euros.

The big names are not left out either, notably the legendary Château d'Yquem 2020 at 550 euros. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend exploring properties that are less well known to the general public and offer excellent value for money. Château Phélan Ségur 2014, for example, is a safe bet from Saint-Estèphe at just 60 euros. For larger parties, the magnum of Château Chasse-Spleen 2009 at 145 euros will delight big tables.

A selection of addresses for every taste

The “Carte sur Table” operation extends right across France, with a wide variety of partner establishments. In Paris, we have spotted a few must-visit addresses such as Lucas Carton, a gastronomic institution, or the friendly bistro Aux Près. Outside Paris, don't miss the Michelin-starred restaurant Fleur de Loire - Christophe Hay in Blois, or Les Sources de Caudalie near Bordeaux, for the art of food and wine pairing in an exceptional setting.

In Bordeaux itself, the beating heart of the operation, several establishments are taking part. Restaurant Frida, with its creative cuisine, and Le Carré, tucked away in the Chartrons district, offer varied atmospheres in which to enjoy these great crus. On the Basque coast, Le Frenchie at the Hôtel Regina in Biarritz offers a gastronomic experience facing the ocean, while La Rotonde at the Hôtel Le Negresco in Nice invites you on a journey of flavours on the French Riviera.

A wine event not to be missed

The 2025 “Carte sur Table” operation has established itself as a major event on the French wine scene. It offers a unique opportunity to discover or rediscover the great Bordeaux wines in optimal conditions. The selected vintages, ready to drink, let you fully appreciate the potential of each bottle, a luxury that can be rare in restaurants.

We cannot recommend enough that you seize this opportunity to broaden your tasting horizons. Whether you are a knowledgeable enthusiast or a curious newcomer, “Carte sur Table” opens the doors to an exceptional world of wine. Do visit cartesurtable.com to discover the full list of participating restaurants and plan your gastronomic experience. One thing is certain: from 15 March to 15 April 2025, wine lovers will have plenty to celebrate!
