The plots, close to the ocean, lie primarily on well-drained, sandy granite soils, which promote slow ripening and a strong mineral expression. The vineyard is trained using traditional pergolas, allowing for aeration of the grapes and preserving their natural freshness, while faithfully reflecting the maritime and saline character of this unique coastal terroir.

Made from Albariño grapes from old vines harvested by hand, this wine is crafted from destemmed and gently pressed grapes. The must ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in large, neutral casks or containers, at a controlled temperature, without the addition of any unnecessary oenological products. Aging continues on fine lees, without vigorous stirring, in these same containers, in order to preserve aromatic purity, saline tension, and the most precise possible expression of its Atlantic terroir.

This wine reveals notes of ripe citrus , stone fruit , and green apple , complemented by touches of white flowers , saline mineral nuances, and a subtle spice character from aging on the lees. The palate is ample and precise, driven by a lively acidity that elongates the structure, a slightly creamy texture, and a long, taut, and flavorful finish marked by a lingering iodine note.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0284/0032/0643/files/AlbertoNanclaresyPrietoRiasBaixasAlbarino_SoverribasMVSQ_460x_2x_61b0fbee-e3c2-432d-adf8-d69568deea49.png?v=1769589589
