He opts for high-density plantings, \u003cstrong\u003eorganic vineyard work,\u003c\/strong\u003e exclusively manual harvests, and natural, low-intervention vinification. Each cuvée is made from whole, destemmed berries, without extensive extraction, temperature control, or filtration.
