Sent by his mother to acquire a few rows of vines to give to his father for his birthday (a man who had worked in Tokaj in his youth), Pascal fell under the spell of the region and decided to settle there. In 2004, he founded \u003cstrong data-end=\"592\" data-start=\"579\"\u003eHoldvölgy\u003c\/strong\u003e (\"Moon Valley\") with the ambitious goal of producing one of the best Tokaj wines, taking the time to do it right: the first bottles would not see the light of day until 2011.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" data-end=\"1537\" data-start=\"786\"\u003eToday, the estate covers 28 hectares divided into 27 plots located on 7 grands crus of the famous hillsides of Mád, a terroir recognized as one of the most prestigious in the Tokaji appellation.
