Here, a limestone layer 20 to 30 centimetres thick sometimes had to be broken up. The strong sunshine and wide mountain temperature swings produce taut, luminous wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe aim is to reveal the expression of Malbec on these limestone soils with as little intervention as possible in the cellar.
