This terroir is considered one of the most prestigious in the Barolo appellation area.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Nebbiolo grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness, then destemmed and crushed before a long traditional maceration with regular pump-overs. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with long vatting times allowing gradual extraction of tannins and aromas.
