Tabali Estate

Tabalí , whose name means "the passage of waters," was born from the collaboration between two major figures in the Chilean wine world. This visionary estate has established itself as one of the pioneers in this northern region of Chile, bordering the Atacama Desert. Its founder, Guillermo Luksic , planted his first vines there in 1993 before officially creating the estate in 2002.

The vineyard extends over exceptional terroirs, notably in Talinay , near the ocean, where limestone soils are rare in Chile, and on the heights of Río Hurtado , at an altitude of 1600 meters, with a choice of carefully adapted grape varieties. The climate, at once dry, sunny, and tempered by the freshness of the Pacific Ocean and the altitude, favors sustainable cultivation without the use of synthetic products. The estate also relies on a modern and efficient winery, a real asset for precise winemaking.

First recognized for the elegance of its chardonnay and its pinot noir – several times crowned best wines of Chile – Tabalí has ​​gradually enriched its range while asserting a singular style, marked by precision , freshness , the brilliance of the fruit and a great delicacy .
