The absence of sulphites and other chemical additives as well as the use of indigenous yeasts during vinification, demonstrates the philosophy of the estate. The wine will then be aged for 1 year in large tuns. The result is a perfectly balanced red wine, in a pure and digestible version, focused on the expression of the terroir.
