The vines are planted at an \u003cstrong\u003ealtitude of 600 meters\u003c\/strong\u003e and are grown \u003cstrong\u003eorganically\u003c\/strong\u003e on sandy, granite-based soils. Fermentation is carried out using \u003cstrong\u003eindigenous yeasts\u003c\/strong\u003e and the wine is then aged in stainless steel vats without passing through wooden barrels. The wine has a beautiful aromatic intensity which reveals complex flavors of \u003cstrong\u003eblackberries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblueberries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eundergrowth\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003echerry\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eplum\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003espices\u003c\/strong\u003e as well as some slightly smoky mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is supple, robust and enhanced by a beautiful acidity.
