These 50-year- old vines , planted on gravelly and sandy soils, benefit from a dry and sunny climate conducive to aromatic concentration. The marked contrast between hot days and cool nights, combined with respectful viticulture, promotes a slow and elegant maturity of the Torrontés grape variety.

The winemaking process is characterized by a precise approach: the harvest, carried out manually, is followed by a rigorous selection of the bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. Once the vinification process is complete, the wine is aged for 4 months on lees and batônnages are carried out regularly. Finally, the wine is clarified and stabilized before being bottled.

This wine reveals notes of jasmine, rose, fresh citrus , ripe apricot , white peach, lychee, ginger and some mineral nuances. On the palate, it seduces with its freshness and texture, balanced by a lively acidity.
