This allows each terroir to bring complementary characteristics to the final blend. This cuvée, made from a blend of \u003cstrong\u003eSyrah\u003c\/strong\u003e (Shiraz) and \u003cstrong\u003eCabernet Sauvignon\u003c\/strong\u003e , reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003eplum\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblackberry jam\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003echerry liqueur\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003evanilla\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ecaramel\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eviolet\u003c\/strong\u003e , enhanced by \u003cstrong\u003espicy and peppery notes.\u003c\/strong\u003e . A light passage in barrel balances the whole, thus bringing more flavors and supple tannins.
