The climate is Mediterranean-Atlantic, with soils of schist and granite, at an altitude of 400 m. This cuvée is a blend of \u003cstrong\u003eRiesling\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eCerceal\u003c\/strong\u003e. The grapes are hand-harvested into 15 kg crates. After sorting, they are pressed and fermented at low temperature. Fermentation is stopped by chilling to produce a slightly sweet wine with 30 g of residual sugar. This wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003epear\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003equince\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eacacia honey\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ecitrus\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003efresh almond\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003ewhite flowers\u003c\/strong\u003e.
