The 2024 vintage began with a cool winter, followed by a moderate summer and cool nights that preserved the natural acidity of the grapes. A brief heat spell at the end of September allowed the coolest plots to reach ideal ripeness.

The grapes are harvested by hand in the early hours of the day in order to keep their freshness, then carefully sorted and whole-cluster pressed to avoid any bitterness. The clear, golden juice is settled then fermented and aged for 3 months in stainless-steel tanks, without oak, to preserve the aromatic purity of the grape variety.

This wine reveals notes of lime zest, honeydew melon, apricot, juniper berry, sage, white flowers, gardenia and sea salt.
