The wine is vinified with \u003cstrong\u003enative yeasts\u003c\/strong\u003e in concrete vats to provide micro-oxygenation and will go through a 14-day maceration. The Karasi vintage has the particularity of having then aged for 12 months in \" \u003cstrong\u003eKaras\u003c\/strong\u003e \" or traditional Armenian \u003cstrong\u003eamphora\u003c\/strong\u003e , dug into the ground, hence its name \"Karasi\" which literally means \"coming from an amphora\". This complex wine reveals the character of its incredible terroir giving complex aromas of slightly \u003cstrong\u003espicy\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003etoasted\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ered fruits\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eblack fruits\u003c\/strong\u003e .
