The plots, at 250 metres above sea level, lie on red gravel soils and enjoy a temperate Mediterranean climate, influenced by sea breezes, conducive to slow, balanced ripening.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe vineyard is farmed using regenerative viticulture, in the service of biodiversity and soil vitality. After fermentation, the wine is aged for ten months in French oak barrels, 15% of them new. This measured proportion of new oak supports the structure and texture of the Chardonnay while leaving the leading role to fruit and freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003eyellow peach\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eorange blossom\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003etoasted brioche\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003esweet spices\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003elemon zest\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ehazelnut\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003efresh butter\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003evanilla\u003c\/strong\u003e.
