The name itself, lezer, means \"light\". This cuvée was born from a series of experiments and is the latest label produced by Foradori. It is made by short maceration of the grapes in different types of vessels such as amphorae, wood, steel and cement. Fermentation is spontaneous, using the usual native yeasts. The wine then rests for 4 months in cement tanks. No clarification or filtration before bottling.
