Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks and malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels. The wine is then aged in \u003cstrong\u003eFrench oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e for at least \u003cstrong\u003e6 months\u003c\/strong\u003e. The palate is fruity and intense, with notes of \u003cstrong\u003echerries\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eplums\u003c\/strong\u003e, blackcurrant, \u003cstrong\u003eblueberries\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ewild berries\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eviolets\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eblack pepper\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003etobacco\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003echocolate\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eblack slate\u003c\/strong\u003e.
