It is a land of wild forests, magnificent lakes, active volcanoes and abundant rainfall in the south of Chile. It is also where Francisco's Swiss ancestors settled at the end of the 19th century. The \u003cstrong\u003ePinot Noir\u003c\/strong\u003e grapes were picked by hand in the Traiguén area. The wine is made with 15% whole bunches, the rest destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with native yeasts. The wine is then aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 10% of them new.
