After studying oenology in Athens in the 1990s, he first worked as a consultant before establishing himself as a winemaker at the estate \u003cstrong\u003e.\u003c\/strong\u003e He adopts a natural approach to both soil work and winemaking, resulting in authentic, pure, typical wines deeply rooted in their terroir. He undoubtedly represents one of the finest expressions of the wine-growing Peloponnese.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eThis white wine is produced from \u003cstrong\u003eMuscat à petits grains\u003c\/strong\u003e grapes from vines planted at an altitude of 915 m on “Terra Rossa” red clay soils and cultivated using organic farming methods. Once the grapes have reached optimum maturity, they are harvested and sorted manually. The wine is made as naturally as possible: fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats followed by aging in amphorae.
