The \u003cstrong\u003eRiesling\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eFurmint\u003c\/strong\u003e vines grow on volcanic and limestone soils, which gives a very distinct \u003cstrong\u003eminerality\u003c\/strong\u003e to the wine. The vinification takes place almost entirely naturally and the wine is aged in used Hungarian oak barrels. On the palate, we feel an incredibly fresh and fruity blend, very elegant, mineral and structured. The wine is concentrated on floral aromas, \u003cstrong\u003ecitrus peel\u003c\/strong\u003e , lime, apple and \u003cstrong\u003epear\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003emirabelle\u003c\/strong\u003e plum, \u003cstrong\u003ealmond paste\u003c\/strong\u003e and flint.
