To do this, they soften the tannins by aging this wine for \u003cstrong\u003e12 months in very high quality French barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e (of which they are also a distributor in Greece). On the palate, we find a multitude of aromas of black fruits, \u003cstrong\u003estrawberries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblack cherries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblack plums\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblackberries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003elicorice\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ecloves\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblack\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003epepper\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003egrilled vanilla\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003egarrigue\u003c\/strong\u003e .
