This cuvée comes from the sunny hillsides of Valais , in the heart of the Swiss Alps, where the vines benefit from a dry microclimate and mineral-rich schist soils. Grown on the mountainside, Cornalin , an emblematic native grape variety of Valais, flourishes there to give rise to a distinguished, deep and authentic wine. The vines are located on the slopes of Fully , a commune renowned for its granite terroirs and ancestral winemaking traditions. Gérard Dorsaz cultivates his plots with passion and precision, favoring viticulture that respects the environment and the natural rhythm of the vine.

The vinification of this Cornalin cuvée is based on traditional methods, with a long maceration to extract color, supple tannins and aromatic richness. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in vats and oak barrels to refine the structure of the wine while respecting the typicity of the grape variety.

This wine seduces with its intense ruby ​​color and its expressive bouquet mixing ripe red fruits , black cherry , plum, blackcurrant , sweet spices and delicate floral notes . On the palate, the attack is supple, the body elegant and the tannins silky. The persistent finish reveals a beautiful freshness and a beautiful minerality, signature of the Valais terroir.
