This dealcoholised red blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, two Bordeaux grape varieties very well suited to the southern sun, chosen for their freshness and aromatic intensity.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are vinified as a red, so as to extract colour, fruit and structure. The wine is then dealcoholised by vacuum evaporation, without pasteurisation, at a temperature not exceeding 35 °C. This gentle process preserves the wine's sensory characteristics and gives a fresh drink, with no sediment and a remarkably stable colour.
