Developed by the famous Spanish winemaker Álvaro Palacios, the wine comes from \u003cstrong\u003eorganic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e , entirely vinified with natural yeasts and then aged for 4 months in neutral oak barrels (already used for other aging and whose aromatic contribution from wood is less marked). We are on a mixture of the two star varieties of Spain: Tempranillo and Garnacha (Grenache). A supple and light Rioja wine, with beautiful notes of \u003cstrong\u003echerries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003estrawberries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eredcurrants\u003c\/strong\u003e and floral nuances. It's juicy and dry with fine tannins and moderate acidity.
