After vinification, the wine is aged for 11 months in cigar-shaped French oak barrels, 26% of them new, then rests for a further 6 months in tank before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003elime\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003echamomile\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ejasmine\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ekiwi\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003etarragon\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003esage\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ewhite pepper\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ebay leaf\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003elemongrass\u003c\/strong\u003e. The bouquet, with savoury and botanical accents, combines citrus and soft herbs.
