Like all the estate's wines, it is made using low-intervention winemaking with natural yeasts, \u003cstrong\u003every low sulphur levels \u003c\/strong\u003eand no filtration at bottling\u003cstrong\u003e.\u003c\/strong\u003e This lacy wine has lovely finesse, melted tannins and an acidity that reveals superb balance.
