The vines are grown at an altitude of about 900 meters, in the north of the Peloponnese, on red clay and limestone soils. The vineyard is cultivated \u003cstrong\u003eorganically\u003c\/strong\u003e and all harvests are manual. The absence of sulfites and other chemical additives as well as the use of indigenous yeasts during vinification, demonstrates the philosophy of the estate. The wine will then be aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats. The result is a perfectly balanced red wine, in a pure and digestible version, focused on the expression of the terroir. It reveals aromas of \u003cstrong\u003emorello cherry\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblueberry\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eplum\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblackberry\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ered flowers\u003c\/strong\u003e , and \u003cstrong\u003earomatic herbs\u003c\/strong\u003e . The palate has a beautiful substance but remains fresh and tasty, complemented by fine and melted tannins.
