After a gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine spends 10 months in new (30%) and used French oak barrels. The wine is neither filtered nor fined. This wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003emorello cherry\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ewild strawberry,\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eredcurrant\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eblack berries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ewild moss\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eclove\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003egraphite\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ewhite pepper\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003ehot stone.\u003c\/strong\u003e The palate is refined, silky and fresh at the same time.
