A third of the property is devoted to vines, the rest to olive trees and animals. The grapes for this cuvée come from the Omaka Valley, on clay-limestone soils, under a sunny climate with cool nights.

The estate farms its vines with respect for the soil, biodynamically and with horse ploughing. After fermentation, this Sauvignon Blanc is aged in tank on fine lees, a method that brings texture and savouriness while preserving the liveliness of the fruit and the aromatic brightness of the grape.

This wine reveals notes of passion fruit, pineapple, guava, white peach, apricot, lemon blossom, lime and freshly cut grass.
