The vines are grown on clay soils from steep slopes and benefit from a cooler Atlantic climate. The harvest is carried out by hand and the grapes are transported to the vat room in 12 kg crates. Once in the cellars, the grapes go through manual selection. The wine will undergo 3 months of aging in oak barrels.
