otronia-brut-nature-rose-argentine
Otronia - Brut Nature Rosé

Located in the far reaches of Patagonia, in the southern part of Argentina's Chubut province, the Otronia vineyard stretches along the shores of Lake Musters, at approximately 50° south latitude. Planted at high altitude on poor, stony soils swept by cold winds, the vines benefit from a distinctly continental climate, with significant temperature variations and a long ripening season. This isolated, almost desert-like environment allows for meticulous viticulture, resulting in grapes of great freshness and a unique aromatic expression.

The grapes for Otronia Brut Nature Rosé are hand-harvested and then gently pressed to obtain a clear must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic freshness. The base wine is then made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. It rests on its lees for an extended period before disgorgement, without the addition of dosage, to maintain a crisp, precise Brut Nature profile.

This wine reveals notes of fresh red fruits , raspberry and wild strawberry , complemented by floral touches of rose and white flowers , as well as delicate spicy nuances of white pepper and sweet spices .
