The fruits were picked by hand and the wine was \u003cstrong\u003efermented naturally\u003c\/strong\u003e . Then it remained for 10 months in French oak barrels, 15% of which were new. The wine was then bottled after light filtration. On the palate, we are talking about Pinot Noir here with a \u003cstrong\u003ecrystalline\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003epure\u003c\/strong\u003e structure, supported by texture and an acidity that makes the mouth water. Fine and intense, we immediately sense red fruits such as \u003cstrong\u003ewild strawberries\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eraspberries\u003c\/strong\u003e , redcurrants, \u003cstrong\u003echerries\u003c\/strong\u003e and some floral, \u003cstrong\u003espicy\u003c\/strong\u003e and smoky notes.
