They therefore enjoy an optimal microclimate all year round, with very mild temperatures, and are well protected from intense heat and drought. \u003cstrong\u003eGrillo\u003c\/strong\u003e is a very fine native Sicilian grape variety. Maceration and fermentation take place at very low temperatures to enhance the wine's aromas. It is aged in stainless-steel tanks, with no time in wood. This wine expresses aromas of \u003cstrong\u003ewhite peach\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003egrapefruit\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003elemon\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003epear\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eapple\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003emelon\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ealmond\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eacacia blossom\u003c\/strong\u003e, along with a few \u003cstrong\u003emineral notes\u003c\/strong\u003e.
