The grapes ferment on their skins, then the wine is \u003cstrong\u003eaged\u003c\/strong\u003e for \u003cstrong\u003e10 months\u003c\/strong\u003e in 225 liter barrels, 5% of which are new. For Constantia wine lovers, this is a real gem.
