The grapes are delicately pressed, fermented at low temperature then the wine is aged for 6 months on its fine lees. The result is a wine with intense aromas of \u003cstrong\u003echerry\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eraspberry\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eviolet\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003epomegranate\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003evine peach\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003emelon\u003c\/strong\u003e .
