All harvests are hand-picked. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts and macerates in contact with the skins for 2 weeks in stainless steel vats. This wine reveals notes of \u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003equince, orange, dried apricot\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eorange peel,\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ecitron,\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003echrysanthemum,\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003epersimmon\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003etoast\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e \u003cstrong\u003e.\u003c\/strong\u003e The palate is textured and elegant, with powdery tannins and lovely bitters.
