Located on Tasmania's south coast, House of Arras sources its grapes primarily from cool, maritime vineyards spread across the Derwent Valley, the Coal River Valley, and the Pipers River region. The oceanic influence, cool winds, and varied soils—ranging from alluvial sands to deeper clays—promote a slow ripening of the grapes. These conditions help preserve the naturally high acidity and aromatic purity that define the style of this sparkling Chardonnay.

Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the cool climates of Tasmania, House of Arras Blanc de Blanc is produced using the traditional method, with initial fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine then undergoes extended aging on its lees in the bottle before riddling and disgorging, in order to develop the aromatic complexity, creamy texture, and fine bubbles characteristic of the House of Arras style.

This wine reveals notes of vibrant citrus , stone fruit , and white-fleshed fruit , complemented by delicate floral touches, brioche and pastry nuances, and a subtle chalky minerality . The palate is precise and taut, driven by fresh acidity , a fine mousse, and a creamy texture that extends the tasting experience, offering a long and balanced finish.
