The vines are planted in ancient schist and clay soils, offering good drainage and balanced water retention. This terroir, combined with regular ocean breezes, allows the grapes to ripen slowly and preserves a beautiful natural freshness, resulting in precise, expressive white wines that are distinctly marked by their coastal origins.

The grapes are harvested by hand and then gently pressed as whole bunches before light settling. The must ferments spontaneously in French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures to preserve aromatic purity. Aging continues on fine lees in these same barrels, with moderate stirring to add texture and complexity, until bottling without excessive filtration, in order to retain the authentic character of the terroir and the wine's natural freshness.

This wine reveals notes of stone fruit , ripe citrus , and yellow apple , complemented by delicate floral touches and a subtle spiciness imparted by oak aging. Mineral nuances underscore the aromatic structure and enhance the sensation of freshness.
