The wine is made from \u003cstrong\u003elow yielding\u003c\/strong\u003e 50 year \u003cstrong\u003eold vines\u003c\/strong\u003e (only 4000 bottles) and are grown naturally according to the principles of organic farming. A lot of work goes into the harvest because everything is carefully picked by hand, sorted and selected.
