Let's talk little, let's talk wine
Champagne Extra Blanc 1er Cru 2015Louis Brochet
For this single varietal, the estate selects the best Chardonnays from the plots The Vouagnes located in Ecueil and Mount Benoit located in Villers aux Nœuds, classified as Premier Cru de la Montagne de Reims. On these clay-limestone soils with partial grass cover, committed and sustainable viticulture is implemented.
This vintage is made up of 100% wines from the 2015 harvest, historic in its spring and summer heat, which will remain exceptional for the quality of the grapes, in perfect health and correctly swelled by just showers two weeks before the harvest.
After its release in April 2016, this Extra Blanc aged for more than 6 years in the cellar.
