The vineyards are located at an altitude varying from 150 to 450 meters above sea level. The terroir is made up of red and brown earth, limestone marls and basalt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRecioto della Valpolicella\u003c\/strong\u003e is a real \u003cstrong\u003estraw wine\u003c\/strong\u003e made from the drying of mainly three categories of indigenous grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. This cuvée from Domaine \u003cstrong\u003eZeni\u003c\/strong\u003e is made from \u003cstrong\u003eraisining\u003c\/strong\u003e (drying of the grapes) for 3 months, in ventilated premises. The grapes, in impeccable health, are pressed then ferment on skins and slowly macerate. We then block the fermentation in progress to keep part of the natural sugars. Finally, the wine will be aged for 1 to 2 years in old oak barrels. The color of this wine is magnificent, a beautiful, fairly undeveloped garnet. The nose opens with very ripe black fruits, with beautiful \u003cstrong\u003espicy\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003etobacco\u003c\/strong\u003e nuances.
